Dissatisfied with flipkart return policy
Ok, so i received the product in a day and the build quality is good. But i didnt like audio output. I am using this with iPhone and the iphone headset was lot better than this.

Once you buy a brand in headphone you can only exchange with the same brand. You cant exchange with other brands or models.
Dont go only with the reviews.
Also read the policy once before u buy it.
So better visit a store and then purchase it online if the price is less.

Model is good.bass is not to the mark.bass and sound are adjusted like all other Sony products.we know Sony is known as for its sound.But this time I am little bit disappointed.I feel pain in my left ear while listening music.I don't know why but I think their would be some manufacturing defect.As I know Sony is famous for sound.
one more problem I face the ear cup are not up to the mark.Stich of ear cup are not up to the mark.

Brilliant
Sound quality is too good. I have a JBL headset and I compared both of it. I prefer for sony headset for amazing sound quality.
