product is very good. flip kart delivery and installation is also good. but if you are hoping to exchange your product then flip kart will find a reason somehow or the other and wont pickup. you need to pay by cash only. you can try with flipka by exchanging a brand new TV but they will reject somehow. the exchange offer is to give customers hope that they are buying a TV with less cost. but you will end up paying cash. I had an awful experience exchanging the TV and end up paying cash.

Good quality product
picture clarity,sound clarity is awesome,but cons are most of the connectivity ports are back side of the TV,if we walkout d TV we r not able to use backside ports unless if u take adjustable wallmount
