after using it for 4 months all i can say is
this is an excellent camera... i dont know what people are cursing it for! At a price of under 19000, you cant ask for more... the highlight of the camera is of course the zoom feature which is an earth-shattering 63x... which is leagues ahead of the competition in that price range..
yeah the low light photos could have been a bit better..but then again.. even low budget dslrs have considerably unsatisfactory performance in low light environment....

I bought this item from one of the Sony Authorised Dealer expecting the performance to be quite stunning. Yet, the zoom was superb, took few full moon snaps. The photo quality is good when sufficient amount of light is there, but in low light, it's horrible. You can't zoom and expect an image without a blur or noise. Personally, i prefer to add a few more buck and buy a decent Nikon 3200/3300.
