I love these things. If you are talking straight cost vs. quality/longevity you cant really beat it. i have used them for years. occasionally ive tried expensive "high quality" headphones and they hardly last much longer than these. to me spending 550 bucks to get about a years worth of headphone usage is a great bargain and unless you need to accurately identify each sound frequency in what you are listening to the sound quality in these is MORE than enough, perfect for listening to music an...

I don't like in-ear headphones, over the ear style headphones aren't great for mobility. This offers best of both worlds.

I've had this product for over 2 years. Great for everyday rugged use. The wire has held up very well, no breaks at all.

Sound quality is decent, but you need to position them correctly else the sound goes everywhere else except in your ear.

Sony is as good as always....

Everything is good but if they provide buds covering speaker then not only produce good sound but also provide more comfortable...\

I have used sooo many ear phones. (I am not a fan of in-ear earphones) They all are very good. But when you use them for extended period of time, they will cause discomfort in the ear. But Sony's ergonomics seemed very nice. I have used it for a long time. I have to say it's very nice.
Positive points:

Negative points:

Nice pair of earphones for use while jogging, aerobics etc Sound quality is strictly passable. Not for fine music listeners etc But suffices to give you that music lift when doing a workout! This piece however has been discontinued and the vendor sent me one which was packed in 2010 - ha! So the packaging had become pretty old but the phones work just fine!

they are simply value for money both in looks and the sound quality is simply excellent ; produces a clear and balanced sound.
however sony doesn't provide any warranty on any headphones(you can confirm from sony customer care) which is a kind of risk in buying sony ones.

if you aint a in-ear maniac & wish to buy a headphone without losing too much from ur wallet ... I'd suggest this one. great ear support , good for running ..sound quality bit poor though , in terms of base.

very bad earphones. Totally lack bass treble is ok though. I bought these thinking sony earphones are generally good at reproducing bass but these are exactly opposite.

Do not expect much if u like bass.
It is providing high intensity of the volume only but not quality sound so ultimately it will create irritation and headache after some time. So Don't buy instrument for making headache
