Best hardware in this budget.
I'm extremely picky when it comes to setting a budget for my purchases. Having said that, I was going through a lot of headphones under the price tag of 2K. Consulting the experts, many rated JBL for it's bass and sound quality, Skullcandy for it's looks, etc. High-end brands like Beats, Sennheiser, etc. were out of the question. Then I finally settled to buy the Sony MDR-XB400.

BEST Under BUDGET
Its Comfortable ear cushion makes it the most comfortable headphones to wear and no complains about sound quality and bass.

Best Bass.Excellent Look and Noise Cancellation
I bought this product some 2 weeks back .The best part is the bass and noise cancellation which leads to better sound quality.Compared the sound quality of this product with many JBL and other available headphones in the same price range,this one indeed is a pro when it comes to BASS..

Not Recommended if you are looking for high fidelity (HiFi) sound quality.
Nice,soft and good finish to the product. But apart from the cosmetics the sound didnt really impress me. I'm a music professional and working with sound is what I do for a living. So here is my take on these headphones.

Worth the price - EASILY!!
I think a lot before buying any product. This purchase was an excellent choice. Was confused over what to buy and i think i made the righ choice goin for these amazing headphones.

Good Clean Sound with Excellent Bass response.
These headphones have a great sound feel and rich bass. The pressure on the ears is perfect and light... The isolation is very good too... They are however, for smaller ears. People with larger ears and heads should get the XB600.
Flipkart, however, took very long in this case for the delivery... Not normal... The product arrived well packaged though...
