I just use to Show of sony products LOL. Plastic body is not that easy to break unless you are handling it like a monkey.
Read and write is not super fast but i can bare with that.

Just bought this pen drive . In design it is awesome . Nice one . And who says it is easily breakable is wrong . It has good plastic but if you try to use as rough like pressure your weight then it's not for you...... go with steel one.

Writing speed is based on Processor and i did a speed test on it ........

at my computer Windows 7 sp1 x86 Dual-core 2.50 Ghz L2-3 MB , 2 GB DDR Ram.......
Writing speed 6.50 MBPS (some time 7.10 MBPS depends on File) , reading speed 20 MBPS ....
