Bought this from Infibeam for a lesser cost during Diwali. Been using this for sometime and so - here goes my review.

Is it worth the cost?
This is a very tricky question. I ve been trying to find the actual cost of this product - but in vain.Nowhere i could find that. Having said that - i am throughly happy with what i got for the 6500 bucks i payed.If you are someone - obsessed with music - no second thoughts. Go for it.

If you are an Android Phone User - It is an excellent PRACTICAL product.

Today we have huge screens in our hands and pulling them out for Call Handling and checking messages turns out to be quite cumbersome and irritating at times.

Just wonder that a small devise clipped on your shirt can read out the messages for you.
Call out the Caller who's calling you. Show you the Caller details on incoming calls, You can access the Call Log of your phone on the devise and all this without pulling out...

I purchased Sony MW1 as I lost my beloved MW600. Before comparing these two let me congratulate Flipkart and Ekart for the great Service provided and the Product reached me in 2 working days.

Being a Sony mobile fanboy (or fanman), I do not want to compare my MW1 with other products as it may be biased. I will just try to compare it with my old Sony MW600 based on their performance on my Xperia S.

Music quality was just average. A big no if you are a bass lover :( Works as an independent MP3 player . Battery backup was good

Changing my review....Got a replacement from Flipkart within a weeks time. Not much of a fuss. This piece worked from the work go after a 2.5 hrs charging.
One feature which i would have loved to have was to create my own playlist. I am not sure how to do that.....


Doesn't Switch on at all. Tried everything in the manual.
The package got stuck in one Hub for 3 days...which is surprising. Also, now memory card is stuck.

Pros:
1. Great design and finish
2. Fantastic sound
3. Easy to pair with phone
4. SD card option is good for storing music

Cons
1. Find it very difficult to connect 2 devices. Not able to easily switch between 2 connected devices.

Sony MW1 is a fantastic product.... clarity, music, access to calling list and a host of other features. Honestly, I haven't explored all the features yet, there's a lot more that the device can do!
Juz one lil thing I dont like - when u receive a second call, the ring kinda blanks out the voice of the current speaker for abt 3-5 seconds.
Apart from that, a great buy!

Pros - I bought one some six months back. Excellent product. Good reception, easy to handle, you can attend your calls while you write or doing some other work. During travel, this is a best option. FM is an added advantage.

Cons - I have serious doubt about its battery capacity.
