After a long research I bought this one and it is the best...The Volume and the clarity is amazing.You might get a cheaper one with more space like Philips but this would be the best.

Battery life is good...The only thing which has to be looked at is the Knob to shuffle between the songs..

I have the old Sony NWZ-B162F n itz pretty decent. Hows the new one. if anyone have used both pls differentiate between the 2. btw Stats wise it is the same but the sound quality can be different which i m hoping that the new one has better sound quality or else it will be just a market strategy by changing the design n no change in reality.

Best product ...i am using it for last 2 years and ...haven't got any single issue ...sound is incredible ..good battery backup ,handy light weight easy to carry in pocket .Thanks Sony for such wonderful product and flipkart for selling this.

a very nice product.the god colour is not so gold so maybe you should buy red/pink if you want a flashy model.features are great.

what we dont like:

the screen,s a little small
the usb cap should have a wire or something to keep the cap and the player together.

what we like:
the structure is portable.
the L.E.D light looks cool


i have seen other players too like the ipod sec gen is just for show i mean you think a player without a screen,without bass or any thing else and its for 3400Rs...

This is a fantastic MP3 player for everyone, esp. for those who do Morning Walks & Joggings. In fact, it is more convenient to use a Sony NWZ-B172F instead of a big Smartphone to listen to music while jogging.

I’ve been using it for the last several months, no problem so far. BATTERY power is fantastic! If you listen to stored music for one hour daily, it can last for 2 weeks. That’s sufficient!

But this does not apply to FM radio. Here if you listen for one hour daily, the battery will las...

Stock headphones seem cheap and although the music quality is good, they are far from comfortable.
Other than that, a good mp3.

sony is always awesome for its quality of sound. with good earphones it can take you to wonderland. yes, the earphone prrovided with this model isn't bad either.
