It's undoubtedly the best console out there in the market. But it has been hugely overpriced in India for some reason. Also the game prices for PS4 are steep which is making me to stick to my PS3 for now.

But this is the best console one can get at the moment(except PS3 which still has couple of years left in it).

Every one criticising the Ps4 for its price must realise that we are getting the Europe version in India and not the US version.

The Europe version costs ? 35000.

I am sure you all can do the math related to taxes.

Apart from this, the Ps4 is getting a performance boost which will double its power.

i have been playing games and i have been playing games , from the ps1 to the ps2 to the ps3's ( including a fat and a thin one :-) omg)

the ps4 initially is a bit disappointing ( no mince of words , it is a fact)..
why? heres why?

a) expensive
b) no USB support, i have to deploy a ps3 for playing my dvds or usb movies..
c) a little bit of hyped with actually no games worth playing

I buy this ps4 for the only reason to play the Assassin's creed unity and Assassin's creed Syndicate because these games are optimised for the ps4

I picked up the product locally in Canada, however after reading many other reviews considering price and features, I wanted to share my opinion.

With the present pricing, the variation from North America is just Rs 7000/-
The product is leaps ahead of its predecessor and present competition from Xbox.
Agree, the most recent games are upto Rs 4000 each but $80 CAD is the pricing locally as well for such games, so that evens the playing field.

Sony have done it again! Another awesome console by them! The graphics are very good, the features are new and fantastic, and the Share button is an awesome idea. Must buy if you are a hard/soft core gamer.

guys this console worth every buck you pay for it. So stop listening to wicked peoples grab one soon as possible and dont forget console is in very limited stock so grab one soon

and about cost sony had predicted to sell 5 million consoles before march but they sold 4.2 millions by 28 december itself so in short why would they reduce it's cost if the console is selling great even in india croma vijaysales and many big retailers are out of stock

Go for the matt black version because... This is the older version..... Power hungry... And the fan speed is too loud..... Instead of this go for cuh 1200.....
