order ID # OD105835413096987000 dated 24.04.2016 product speaker FSN : ACCE5N7MTE4PJBGK , WID : VS19660 , SONY PUMPX (SRS-X2) Wireless bluetooth speaker it has distorted audio output since it was 1 year warranty we contacted Sonys authorized service centers at Nehru place delhi & Okhla phase 2 , they told we cant repair since flip-cart has cheated you & this product was not dispatched from any dealer they cant repair . I shown them the bill of flipcart but they refused .
