The best bass you can get out of a headphone, have tried other headphones as well compared to the skullcandy crusher evo i just love the ULT, the anc in ULT is also good not the best but if play the song with both ult 2 mode and anc mode you will get the maximum capability of the headphones. I had issues with the ldac. Obviously it tries too hard, can't keep the same bitrate consistently (990kbps). I'd recommend to switch to 660 kbps in developer settings, else you might find frequent disconnects.


For the audio review: The bass decay is pretty slow, 40mm drivers take that time, but it's not bad, I think slow bass decay sounds more punchy and natural. It's supposed to replace XB series, people call it too bassy but it's not crazy bassy. If you want it to sound less bassy just us...

Might take 2-5 mins to properly get the controls. And for the price it feels flimsy. But apart from all that, it's really an experience worth paying. The bass on ult 2 mode can literally make the whole thing shake on select songs. The noise cancellation is decent and so is the transparency mode. I think there're few headsets which can beat this in it's segment.

I want to give 5 star(for bass and sound quality) but the build quality is sub-par and the touch panel to control volume and others is clumsy(too sensitive).

I always wanted a pair of these, since the time of it's predecessors, XB910N. Finally! it is a dream come true for me. Honestly it's all about experience. Not much different from my 5k earphones, but as I said it is an experience which I always wanted, and am humble and glad to be experiencing.

Best in segment, if you want to take a best headphone under 20k just go for it, It stands out in everything whether it is the wound quality or built or anything it is the best headphone.
It is not only about base but the quality of sound is really phenomenal, the ambiance mode is one of the best in all headphone categories, the touch control works very fine without any delay or lag.
Just go for it if you are here to evaluate the quality of these headphones.
