Covered in Warranty	For a period of 06 Month (180 Days) from the date of purchase, Sony warrants that the Product is free from defects in materials and workmanship and in conformity with the respective specifications of the Product. Upon discovery of a defect in materials, workmanship or failure to meet the specifications in the Product during such 6 month (180 Days), Sony shall, on production of original invoice of purchase from Sony Authorized dealer or distributor, at Sonys sole discretion, either repair such Product or replace it with the identical type of product without charging any technical labor fee and repair parts cost to you, on the condition that you bring such Product to Sonys service center within such 6 month (180 Days) of date of purchase. In case of repair or replacement, Sony may own all the parts removed from the defective Products. Sony may use new and/or reconditioned parts made by various manufacturers in performing warranty repairs and replacement of the Product. Even if Sony repairs or replaces the Product, its original 6 month warranty term is not extended. This limited Accessory warranty covers only the hardware components contained in the Product. It does not cover technical assistance for hardware or software usage and it does not cover any software products contained in the Product; Sony excludes all warranties express or implied in respect of any software provided with Product and any such software is provided AS IS unless expressly provided for in any enclosed software limited warranty.
Not Covered in Warranty	This warranty is limited as set out herein and does not cover, inter alia, any consumable items (such as batteries) supplied with the Product; or damage due to (1) acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, commercial use or modifications of Product; (2) improper operation or maintenance of the Product; (3) connection to improper voltage supply; or (4) attempted repair by any party other than a Sony authorized personal computer service facility. This limited warranty does not apply when the malfunction results from the use of the Product in conjunction with any accessories, products or ancillary or peripheral equipment, or where it is determined by Sony that there is no fault with the Product itself. This limited warranty is valid only in India. This limited warranty is invalid if the factory-applied serial number has been altered or removed from the Product.
