They are quite comfortable though getting used to their clamping force will take some time, they are not bass heavy but they sound pretty nice and with their connect app u can change the equilizer settings and make them sound to your taste,

My ears perfectly fit inside the earcups & padding on Earcups make them very comfortable.(Padding is EVEN BETTER than 1000XM3)
Highs, Lows & Mids are perfect. Vocals are very clear.
Bass is not up to the mark but sufficient for me. If ONLY Bass is your top notch priority, go for XB900.
Noise Cancellation is really good, although it's still not the same as on Sony 1000XM3.
Call Quality is Better than any other headphone.

Just wow!
Bass is mediocre while rest of the sound profile is good as per Sony standards..
Build quality is really good with the same soft touch exterior plastic as the higher and more expensive XM3 and XM4
The leatherette is way better than the ones found on other headphones at similar and higher price ranges ..

Please go in for other models.I asked for replacement . These guys knew product is bad and dont even have a proper return policy in place ( other than replacement ) .
