Nice product
The earphones are good. Bass is not too loud but seems good. Sound quality also nice. Battery backup is good too. I just felt the problem with cord length. It should be one more inch lengthy so mic is placed near mouth everytime. You can easily attend phone calls with the mic it have

I question on its durability, as one site is tearing off in just 3 months, the rubber casing they have used is tearing off. Rest the bass sound quality is clear in such pricing.

Could be way better
Almost everything is fine with Sony WI-XB400 other than its Bluetooth connectivity, which is such a pain. Everytime it requires a reconnection to the device I wish to connect. A lot of time the other user whom I have called and talking using this wireless gadget complaints that they can't hear me properly.

Good product. Good price, but could have been lesser. Got a july 2020 product, with a warranty sticker/card card missing... six months later built quality started crumbling slowly, charging port lid wont closefit, leftearpiece cover stated peeling off even with very moderate use😔
