I had been using this phone for the last couple of days and below are my comments. These are not very detailed but just thought would post which may help your decision making process.

Pros:
Screeen - IPS makes it stunning than many of the other flagship models as well Z1.
Processor - Ultra Fast due to 801 Chipsets. Never hangs or heats up.
Ram - 3 GB ram which makes the device super fast.
Weight - Extremely well built and you really feel this phone lighter even in pockets.

Sony has this time made the chance to be the best brand of all mobiles phones by launching Xperia z2 (Awesome Phone). I will Indicate All Points below:

1) Awesome Look ---(killer) Feel like king,when you hold that phone..

2) I kept it for 1 hour on water and it was like A mermaid,Nothing Happened to it...Though in z1 speakers use to decrease for sometime,but no problem with z2 .

Got this phone finally and here goes my review about it,

Its the best phone in terms of quality and quantity I have ever encountered so far, it beats the hell outta galaxy S5 which is selling their exonys processors in india and making customers fool. So finally Xperia Z2 is in the market. It's late because Sony's had some trouble getting the Xperia Z2 into stores, missing its original early April release. Anyway, talking about the phone it's one of the best android smartphone you will get.

If you want to buy a phone costing more than 40K, you have the following options:
- Samsung S5
- Samsung Note 3
- Xperia Z2
- HTC One M8
- LG G2
- HTC One Max

All of the above are spectacular phones (except S5)

In my opinion, you get EVERYTHING in Xperia Z2, best camera, best cam cod, water resistant, display, 5.2" screen, you get Sony smart band free with the box, 3200 mAh battery life. THIS IS BEST FOR IT'S MONEY!

I was using Samsung Galaxy S2 for last 2.5 years and finally thought of buying a new phone. So after lot of research between HTC One M8 and Sony Xperia Z2, I decided to buy Z2. I have bought this now 2 days back and will give you the review based on my 2 days usage. I havent bought this from Flipkart though.

Pros:

1. Phone is very sexy and beautiful looking.

Pros :
Much-improved screen, excellent quality 4k video recording,great camera, great console to watch full HD movies.
Cons :
Not much of an upgrade from Z1. Looks similar on almost all physical traits. Heats up a lot.
Audio quality is not top notch.

Worth the tag if you are new to 35-50k smartphones. Def not worth the price if you already have Z1 or any of the other 40k mobile phones.
Nevertheless Sony delivers for 3rd consecutive time.

This is my first Sony device. I have been a hardcore Samsung fan till date. However, considering the drop in quality and Samsung's step-motherly treatment towards Indian Customers (I am looking at you, Galaxy S5 which doles out a lowly Adonis Prime processor), I decided to switch to some other brand. I initially considered the HTC One M8 which is also a very good phone. Unfortunately, I could not find one in stock in the local stores so I could see the phone.
