to start with sony needs no introduction when it comes to smartphones
its rom and specs are awsm considering the price

2 gb ram
2400 mah battery (lasts a day with ease)
sony breakage protection for 6 months
13 mp camera
and main one waterproof and underwater hd video recording
cons
only vga front :( but still ok
no glass back but still over all buildquality is awsm

So i got this phone about 4 months back. Firstly it looks amazing. Feels too. Fits perfectly in your hand.

With the 2 gb ram i have not felt a single lag or hesitation in multi tasking.


The battery lasts the full day after gaming,calling and excessive use. Using the phone under water is no problem and records well too. Make sure to have the flaps shut though.


Let me come to the drawbacks.

Using the phone since four months. Sharing my experiences here which may help others. :)

Pros:
1. Pretty good design and its size as well.
2. Water proof feature. You can prefer white one. Because we can wash it :)
3. Display is good with proper aspect ratio. Best to view HD movies.
4. Graphics is also good as 2 GB RAM you will be able to see 500+ Mb free.
5. On call sound clarity is good and dual microphone.

Sony xperia zr is as good as u are...lol

camera: not so impressive

UI: alot of preinstalled apps..one can get lost....its crowded but still not BAD

Touch: Awesome

Body: looks smart and okay...but literally the buttons on the side sucks..all of em,
shitty buttons

Battery: 3g- its not so good, but stand buy is really better than i thought

Sound: volume is real low but no distortion or net...

My personal entertainment package, packed with :
1. loads of games (awesome storage)
2. some good movies and videos
3. camera is good too
4. real fast internet speed
5. smooth and fast touch
6. colourful display
7. good battery backup with awesome feature to save battery (stamina mode)
8. Last but not the least, superb and loud music

I am not satisfied up to the level I had expected, but its not too bad. The is slim as a nice finish to it, the side camera and music buttons are too good but the plastic material use for the back cover is very poor which would been made better or else a nice glassy finish.

Price on flipkart was perfect....Ordered the phone on Monday, received it on Friday....delivery too slow....flipkart provides in a day guarantee for Rs.90 per product but its only available in major cities...not even in Mumbai suburbs...its possible for them to deliver the product in 2-3 days but still intentionally they deliver the product in 4-5 days so that customers should opt for in a day guarantee for Rs.90....but its not the customers fault if there in a day guarantee is not available ...

The phone is really good in terms of performance, display and for its average battery. It does get heated even for normal usage at times (games have not been played at any of these times). I have not experienced much of a heating to this extent with my previous Nokia N8 and Samsung galaxy Grand duos.
