It is not good if you are little bit sensitive to cold. Since it has camphor which can cause little bit cold issue. Apart from this it has oils mixed with soap. So won't expect sufficient cleaning. It leaves oily texture.
I think better to go for oil and then wash it with normal shampoo or better Ayurveda Shampoo.

even though the smell of the shampoo is not strong , it has made my hair much better and softer. Due to its natural content , there are no worries of hair damage,too.
