Seller is selling fake product in the name of Soundpeats.
Just received and opened my box found product was labelled as ZAKK with cellotape.

No where branding of product is done.
MRP on product is 1999 while on website is 3999
Have intitiated return.

Full on waste of money and lost of faith with flipkart since this website was the one we could trust.

Given me a duplicate product, totally fake and apart from this the bill was stating it as soundpeats. Very worst service, giving out a fake product.

I received fake product of this.I was really happy about price just RS. 1399. My refund request also not proceed.

Hi flipkart pls baar this seller most of us who ordered this product thinking that it must be soundpeaks got something under brand name zakk l the quality of the product was very inferior i.e sound quality and regular disturbance in conmectivity but thanks to u team flipkart that the product was returned without any hassel and refund process was also smooth. I ordered product from Flipkart, but I received it late. Then after, when I opened the package I was surprised to find a product looking similar from ZAKK company. It was of worst sound quality. Although, Flipkart took the shipment back and refunded the money back it was quite frustrating experience.

Also, when I received original Soundpeats QY7 headphones from some other ecommerce site I found the headphones to be value for money and good quality product. The only severe issue with Soundpe...

The seller will send some zaka jogger earphones and that too of pathetic quality. as said by every other buyer it is a fake show, don't don't buy it.

although flipkart showed ggod response and completed the return in 3 and half hours including the refund.

Please don't buy this headset .. Usually i will not write reviews about any product but this horrible crap made me to do so . It is a fake product got something named zakk head phones instead of soundpeats . I am going to return this

I don't want to blame the vendor but I would like to complaint flipkart for giving chance to this vendor even after so many complaints from customers. He doesn't sell original Q7 bluetooth headset, but he has a Q7 headset which is from Zakk brand. Please change the name on your website. Don't confuse the customers and waste their time. I returned twice and for same product repeatedly. This is some Chinese brand and looks odd.

Dont buy.. it might say Soundpeats but it is duplicate. Flipkart promised that they will block the product for further selling, dont know their action yet.
