Just okay

Propaganda piece of the DMK government. While the advancements made by Tamilnadu in the social sphere are laudable, the book chooses to cherry-pick data to paint an overtly rosy picture. The criticism provided by the author on the needs of federalism and the supporting data points are well fleshed out.
