The albums are very enjoyable, although I enjoy Candy Album more than Tathastu-but Bumpyda had clearly mentioned that the second album is ahead of the first. I am a fan of the band now, and since I live in England, away from India, i feel proud that i am going back to London with this music i found online at Kol...
Kendraka is my favourite contemporary band from west bengal. I appreciate the way they went ahead on their own without aping the west, and created a new sound.Tathastu was a great album.Candy album is very different.I like the way the album looks. Interesting music with so much stress on an Indianised bass playing from Bumpyda and guitar approach from Nishad. The two albums show the change in the sound of the band. looking forward to more world tours and the new Root Map project
Kendraka is one of my favorite fusion bands, I use the word fusion as thats the way i look upon them, I think its THE fusion band for me, with perfect blending of east and the west. I wonder how they function and grow with so many line up changes. But the music is growing, getting better.Waiting for the third alum, Root Map
