value for money product, the delivery was on time and so was the installation.

The product got delivered much faster than the estimated delivery date, which is great! But the online update process needs to improved as that did not get updated for 10 days after delivery and there is no way to schedule installation until that has been updated. I even call customer service and they said they will have some one come out in the next 72 hrs, but the only thing that happened was they updated the status as delivered and the installation will take another 4-5 days.

The Wardrobe is good.
Just some minor scratches.
Packing is excellent keeping the contents safe.

If Spacewood could provide an extra shelf, matching colour and at extra cost, that would be just great.

Delivery by Ekart was good except the tracking info given in the App was wrong.
Since the item was packed in 3 cartons, each carton had its own tracking number.

The product was installed at Kolkata by Jeeves.
Jeeves contacted soon after delivery and fixed an appointment with the technician.
