Covered in Warranty	• Visible Indentation, Mattress Shrinkage or sagging of more than 1 inches. • Undulations on the mattress surface or physical flaws that cause the foam to split or crack. • After unboxing, the mattress should come back to its specified dimensions within 60 hours. If it does not come back to the specified dimension, then the product is defected. However, a +25- or -25-mm variation is length, width and thickness is in tolerance limit. • For Spinecure Protector, our warranty covers the water-resistant sleep surface, fabric and elastic. • For Spinecure Pillow, our warranty covers the Hollow fibre fill.
Not Covered in Warranty	• Any defects caused due to improper use of the mattress or accessory. Also, if the product is used without proper support i.e. if a mattress is used on a bed base that was structurally not capable of handling it. Defects to the Mattress Cover & Zipper Cover assembly, if any. Damage to the structure, cover or accessories, fabric/ foam, through physical abuse, including but not limited to, burns, tears, stains, liquid damage or penetration, cuts. • Purchased from unauthorised sources/ purchasing a pre-owned mattress and/or unauthorised service during the Warranty period. Commercial use: A lot of hotels use our mattresses and accessories for business purpose, but the warranty does not cover commercial use as the usage is heavy and often very abusive.Comfort preference or firmness of the mattress is not considered as defect. Any sort of fabric / mattress / accessories damaged during the unboxing or opening the seal is not considered a defect and is not covered in warranty.

pure cheating by seller by mentioning 10 days returnable and cancelling return requests.

above that flipkart is purely seller oriented so no support by Flipkart for buyers.
