Damage to the structure, cover or accessories, fabric/ foam, through physical abuse, including but not limited to, burns, tears, stains, liquid damage or penetration, cuts. • Purchased from unauthorised sources/ purchasing a pre-owned mattress and/or unauthorised service during the Warranty period. Commercial use: A lot of hotels use our mattresses and accessories for business purpose, but the warranty does not cover commercial use as the usage is heavy and often very abusive. Normal Softening or sagging that is less than 1 inch.Any issues with stitching of a mattress/ accessories like protector, pillows, comforters cannot be claimed for.

    Absolute rubbish!

    Cannot be called as a "hard" mattress. Don't buy if you want a hard mattress, better go to a shop and chk the hardness of the mattress yourself.
