I was looking for a good book on Spring 3.0 which could clear my basics and on the other hand would be more understandable. I had heard of Black Book and the way they explain the things . This book is not an exception. The language is quite simple and the things are very well explained. The examples used are also good to understand. Overall a nice book as per the initial reading I have made in these days. this book can be quite handy for a beginner also. Also the CD is quite helpful.

Its a nice book. Language is quite easy and understandable. But I dint find much content about the @nnotation. I love to code with @nnotations. I hate XML.

Book has many mistakes. Not a good one where you can complete dependent on.
You have to keep searching on net for each topic.

The book has good content and the chapters are covered in elaborate manners. But the paper quality is terrible and not acceptable for a book worth Rs 500

i bought this book one month back, and started studying this book, there is nothing in this to study or prepare for an interview, It is having basic introduction about Springs and it's features, who are eager to learn Spring framework please don't buy this. This is only for Spring starters..
