Heavy. softness is medium. purchased for Flipkart assurance. Reinforced means not 100% latex. Because for support at all the edges they might have filled some other materials.

we switch from 8'' memory form mattress we've had for about 3 years to get this 8'' Latex matress ,and I'm wondering why we didn't switch sooner.the latex mattress very bouncy in the way that prevents pressure points when sleeping on my side .the temperature has been fine for few week's we have been using it ,not notice any too hot or cold and I don't face any back pain.i recommend to take only 8" or above matress because high density is very comfortable.

Mattress was well packed and delivered promptly. Product matched with the description provided.
And about the mattress it's very comfortable and a new experience to sleep in a latex mattress. After using it for six months it's still in same shape and providing same comfort as it was 5 months back.
Recently I got a call from Springtek asking for reviews and to check if everything is fine with the mattress which is very much appreciable.

Good mattress. However it is very soft. Slightly more dense/hard would have made this a wonderful product.

Firstly thank you to Springtek for delivering the product before delivary date. Packaging was very good. Delivered the product without banding it.
Product is neither too soft nor hard. Till date no back pain or body ache issues. Don't know inside material but it is very good. Hope I will get further support from springtek if there any issue arises. They called me 4 times to confirm my bed size and my requirement for that thank you springtek as well as flipkart for having tie up with custom...

The bed is awesome. initially i thought it is soft side but its not . very comfortable. i think similar spec bed from other companys cost 45k+. but i got it for around 34k. so i thought of taking chance anf luckly i got good one.

i am very much satisfied for now.
