Warranty
Springtek Amaze is warrantied against any manufacturing defect for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase on 3 inches mattress and 2 years on 4,5,6&7 inches mattress. In case of any manufacturing defect in a 3 inches mattress within 4 months, the mattress will be replaced free of cost. After the usage of 4 months or more within 1 year of purchase a Prorated Credit Settlement will be applicable.
In case of any manufacturing defect in a 4,5,6&7 inches mattress within 1 Year, the mattress will be replaced free of cost. After the usage of 1 Year or more within 2 year of purchase a Prorated Credit Settlement will be applicable.
Important Note
- All vacuum-compressed mattresses require up to 72 hours to fully expand and regain their original shape and height after unboxing. Please allow this time for the mattress to fully settle and reach optimal comfort levels.
