Take around 1 kg chicken. After wash squeeze out water thoroughly and with the help of sharp knife make slits on chicken for deep penetration of masala powder to marinate. Apply some groundnut oil and 2 to 3 spoon of thick yogurt and ginger garlic paste , leave aside for 10 minutes and then add 2/3 or full packet of S.S.Chicken tandoori masala depending size of chicken. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hour for marination. After marination place the chicken on grill or oven and bake for 40-45 minutes @ 150 0C Temp. Brush them with oil and cook for another 2 minutes . Garnish with chaat masala, onions, lemons and serve along with green chutney. Delicious Tandoori chicken is ready to serve
