Its a good product, works fine but eats lots of battery. Each time you have to take out batteries from pen after use. There is no option of on/off.

Stopped working after a year, they have used really cheap plastic for a 10K pen and dont know where to go, flipkart IVR is the worst in this scenario. Am clueless now.
