    A perfect buy. Doesn't deserve a discounted price.

    I'm assuming you know why you need this tool, and that's why you're here. I'd concentrate on the quality. The bits and tool handles are decently built. Don't expect a true Stanley build quality. Clear example of, you'd get what you pay for. However, one concern I had is with the wobbly feel from the torque wrench, but after a couple of uses, it built up some confidence that it's not going to give up.

    Bottom line, this thing is worth the money you're paying for... maybe more than what you're...
