I have to confess, this time I saw the movie before the book.. and I did read reviews telling me that the movie is better than the book.

But no way.

I loved the movie..for it was full drama.. love.. tension..action.. But the book is something different. It deals with everything.. drama..tension..action.... but in such a subtle beautiful way.. that its almost like you're gliding over the book..not reading it.

This book is just perfect.

The last time I loved fairy tales was when I was in kindergarten. This is one of the most beautiful books I've ever read and at the end, left me asking for more. Neil Gaiman creates a magical and mesmerizing world with his characters and narration. Children and adults alike should pick this one up without second thought and get started.

Neil Gaiman paints a world so magical for you to experience that I literally felt depressed when I finished the book and had return to the one I actually lived in.

Stardust is another one of Gaiman's Fairy Tales that just makes you dream; makes you want to experience some magic in your lives; makes you want to go on one of those amazing adventures as the title character's.
