Ok for home exercise but not best..weights plates are cleaner than rubber weights as made up of PVC filled with sand..But now after 6 months of use sand packing is getting loosed for some weights and sand coming out..Bench is perfect for normal bench press n legs but worst for inclined bench press..also peck fly is of no use..
