this book is good for a beginner.the chapters are well organized and the definitions are clear and precise and . the concepts are highlited with adequate examples and graphs .Also there are lots of other examples to solve.one improvement could have been to show the use of microsoft office excel in the technology corner,which is more widely available as compared to SPSS
