Initially i was delivered the keyboard which had the "U" and the slash key faulty. Flipkart replaced it in 5 days! Ohh this keyboads is so sweet..! If u are a first time RGB keyboard user, u will be in seventh heaven.... Just download the Steelseries Engine program in ur PC and customize to ur heart's content.
