A:No. This has a 3.5mm dual in/out audio jack. You'll need an external micro USB connector to connect this to your Xbox one controller. However the X300 comes with that connector in the box. Cheers.

A:Don't worry about the cord length as you get an attachable cord in the box for extra length and it is pretty long. The standard length of the cord is around 3 feet.
