Sulania Covered Policy, Non-functional condition of the charger adapter is caused by manufacturing defects only. The charger must be in fair condition no tempered or physical damage and have no signs of wear or tear. If the charger is in poor condition, the claim may be rejected.

Only 1 replacement is allowed during the warranty period. The replacement product will not be covered under warranty. Customer must self-return the damaged product within 7 days of issue; after this period, pickup will not be arranged. Customer must courier the product to our Delhi office at their own cost. After inspection and approval, we will ship a new unit free of cost (excluding delivery charges). Customer is responsible for delivery charges of the replacement unit.
