Nice product
This patri tawa is a fine example of efficiency; it saves fuel & cooks fast. It can handle making 2 small dosas easily which turns out to be perfect on this tawa. Parathas, Egg based dishes prepared, are very tasty, on this tawa.
However if you want to prepare chappatis (phulkas), they don't seem to cook well enough & look underdone. Quite raw to taste so we have abandoned the idea of preparing chappatis on the tawa.

it was delayed by one day for delivery. the thickness is exactly the same and we have not tried dosa on it yet. but the quality seems to be good.
This review is added after two years of usage. Initially when it was used, it had a bend convexly and we assumed that its the shape given by the company by default. Since the dosa batter did not stay where it should be, and spread across invariably everytime, we examined the tawa closely and found out that, the tawa tend to bend when its heated....
