Table quality is fine, but the chair quality is not worth it and all joints are moving a little bit when my daughter is sitting on chair. Not worth for 1400

chair nuts and bolts are always loose, why the chair cannot be used. I had ordered pink, but received red instead. I can't even find nuts and bolts for it anywhere. What should I do with this troublesome product?
