Real Good
This is real good for office or even at home for a quick tea / coffee. Its portable so one can take it around. The auto switch off is good. The heating is real quick - but be careful if you are heating milk. The capacity is good
The only thing that I found a bit of an issue was the alignment of the base - whether it was designed to be at an angle for proper connection?
Overall a good and useful product.

Electrifying Electric Kettle Sunflame
The item was delivered in time as promised. The kettle is electrifying in terms of use. We are using it basically for heating water for drinking purpose. It takes hardly 2-3 minutes to heat up 500ml of water from normal temp. or in winter, it takes around 5 minutes. This is a very good tool to heat water in winter. A good performing kettle
I would appreciate Flipkart for despatching me before their usual time as promised. The kettle is excellent for extreme cold regions like where I stay for heating up water. The auto shut off is truly amazing with this product. Overall a good value for money. so go for it.

Good for boiling water
I have been using this product for the past 5 months. I am really satisfied with the performance of this kettle.
It has enough capacity (1.2 litres), beautiful design and safety features like auto-shutoff, covered heating element etc. It is very good for boiling water. Water boils in about 5 mins. We can also make tea or coffee also in it. Since it has a detachable bottom, it can be used also as a jug without the powercord dangling behind.

Happy with my kettle (Sunflame 1.2L)
The kettle's been good so far (been using it for a couple of weeks now)...slick base and convenient to work with. 1 concern - the cord is very short. Here's a suggestion to Sunflame - to work out a slightly longer cord - making it retractable if possible within the cost.
And yes, the water does develop a plastic taste, but i'm hoping - as someone's review here says - it wears off after a few uses. Perfect capacity to take care of a few guests at home. Good product and quick delivery!

Good product in its price range with one problem
I should say this is the best product in the kettles below Rs 1000.
Pros:
1) Cheap for a product which has auto-shut off, concealed heating element and a decent brand (Sunflame)
2) Product has a good build.
Cons:
1) A gives a plastic smell in the water when I use this. It is not a very strong smell and it seems to go down with time. May be after few months the smell will not be there.
If you are gonig to use it often and say you might use it for food some times, better go for a stainless...
