Pictures & Video of the defected mattress should be shared. After validating the issue, Our CS team will arrange the reverse logistic. If the issue is related with Logistic or manufacturing error then Sunidra will be taking care of the reverse logistic charges. If the issue is from customer side then the reverse logistic cost will be charged from the customer.

    • Warranty will be valid only under the proper use of the product. Warranty will be available only in case of product failure. Product failure is limited to sagging of the core of the mattress. Reduction of the thickness by > 15% will be considered as sagging.
    Not Covered in Warranty
    • Warranty will not be applicable to the wear and tear of the cover and stitching from regular use. In case of replacement, the warranty will not be extended for the replaced mattress again. The warranty for the replacement will be counted from the date of first purchase.

Do not lay the mattress on uneven cot surface, also do not keep any item below your mattress. Do ensure that the length and breadth of the cot matches with the mattress to fit in properly.
