5 years warranty the warranty covers only manufacturing defects and is valid only if the product is used as per the instructions provided in the user manual. The decision of the Company or its personnel regarding the usage of the product is final and binding on the customer. The warranty services cover only the fan motor and do not apply to other accessories or peripherals such as a shaft, canopy, shackle kit, down rod, fan leaf/blade, and remote control. The customer must report any defects or deficiencies in the product within seven (7) days of purchase to be eligible for a refund. The customer must register the product and possess an invoice to avail of warranty services for the product and related spares. Failure to meet these pre-conditions may result in refusal of warranty services by the Company. Any repairs done on the product or its parts during the warranty period will not extend the warranty period.
