Usage Instructions	1. Cook 75g Toor dal with 1 tsp of turmeric separately and mash it well and keep aside. 2. Soak ½ lemon size tamarind in 1 ½ glass water and extract the juice. 3. Boil 200g of vegetables of your choice cut into cubes with 1 tsp of salt. Do not overcook the vegetables. 4. Add tamarind extract to the vegetables and let it boil till the raw smell of tamarind goes. 5. Add 1 tsp of salt & 2 tsp of SURASRITHI SAMBAR POWDER. 6. Pour the cooked & mashed toor dal into the above mix and boil it for 10 min. 7. For seasoning heat 1 tsp oil, splutter ½ tsp of mustard seeds, ¼ tsp of fenugreek seed, a pinch of hing/asafoetida and four pieces curry leaf and pour it on the prepared sambar. 8. Garnish with coriander leaves. 9. Tasteful delicious SURASRITHI SAMBAR is ready to serve. 10. Adjust salt, tamarind water, SURASRITHI SAMBAR POWDER according to your taste.
