A group of college fraternity and soronity kids show up for what is supposed to be an island adventure, the annual Cinco de Mayo treasure hunt. With women's and men's underwear scattered around the island and gyu and girl teams handcuffed into pairs, the testostereone is high and it's uncertain to what lenghts some people will go in order to claim the most underwear at the finish line. But the festive pianates,hanging throught the treasure hunt pack more punch than tequila as the teens soon release when the sexy festivs unexpectfully turn deadly.

The fun games become a lesson in survival when two of the co-ends discover an ancient statue and decide to brak it open To discover the treasure hidden inside Nothing prepares the teens for the terror theve unearthed by breaking into the pinata. Suddenly the drunker reverly and sexy exploits are abandoned and the treasure hunt is called off as the panicked teens become the target of the ancient demon theve let loose.
