Worth every penny
It shifts between blue and purple. I like this more than the colored earth because it gives me unicorn Disney princess vibes. It's that beautiful on application. This eyeliner completely resembles the holographic shade in Huda and u can also use this as an eyeshadow. Smudge proof and trans proof.

If you are looking for a budget friendly holographic eyeliner, look no further. The colour shift is mesmerizing, a shimmering blue to a deep purple. It only has one con, the glitter particles are a bit chunky, so if you apply just above your lashline, your eyes may water a bit.
