Worst expirience, no effect what so ever, the Quantity of Mg mentioned on the image does not match with real product, many vitamins are falsely claimed, u can match image with the product image and check, no effect watsoever noticed after 37days of taking it, i waited to see the effect , so i did not put any review, but it was high time, also the reviews below seems to be fake, its better to buy simply earth then this
