Adds value!!

This book really add values to the persons who struggles to form a team or work as a team. It will help you understand the value of proper planning and also trying different approaches to enhance team's productivity. I love this book because it has lots of real life examples and research data. It explains the three aspects of a human behavior and helps you to rule and use these behavior for greater productivity.

The Anatomy of Change

This book dissects "Change". Through its many stories, it demonstrates the validity of the framework for change. It gives you an insight to the relationship between human behavior and change. I would suggest picking up the book, not just for bringing about change, but also to gain an understanding of human behavior.

Heaths are great.

... I just hope they don't run out of new research and ideas.
They have a tendency to sound like Gladwell....

A good read.

The book highlights various aspects of human behavior and psychology explaining the things that might be stopping us from change in ourselves and others. Though the book mainly illustrates organisational change but it can be applied to personal change as well. No one can ever regret reading this one.
