The product is excellent. The best part is that you can move it from one room to other easily. The capacity is sufficient for use in entire night. Cooling is excellent although it does not cool the entire 10x12 room (it is not expected also). Takes very small place and can be put in one corner of the room. Remote is an additional feature which is useful if you feel lethargic. Overall, excellent product at a good price.

I used this model, more than month now. I do not recommend any symphony cooler for usage along with the hard water . It definitely cools the room 9*10 ft, lowers the temperature up to 4 degree room temperature and can be used with inverter power. Water pump jams after 15 days usage with hard water, calling the technician for repair is pain in the ass. Other wise along with the soft water no problem. Main positive point is it ha remort control which helps for easy access....
It has water level indicator which helps u for fill the water level once it is empty

Symphony Diet 22i Tower Cooler A Good Product. Water tank capacity of 22 liters makes it capable of giving good and pleasant cooling for hours. The electricity voltage used is very low hence low on bills too. Remote control with 3 speed options is very helpful. Air flow is satisfactory. The wheels makes it comfortable in moving anywhere we want. Really an awesome cooler. Thanks symphony for such a cooler. :)

Extremely good cooler. Cools the room very fast without increasing the humidity in the room. Wheels provided to the cooler are good and provides easy mobility any where in the house.
