Product is good, but drain cap is very low-grade, after using 3 to 4 times its tears and leaking

Sent me an old damaged product

all the features are great...,. for very good cooling in the afternoon u need very cold water and ice, else its cooling is avg..... and in the night cooling is good and cold water n ice will give very cool air....... it is easy movable and wheels are sturdy and convinient size..... to get cool air mostly u shld b in front of cooler...... dont expect it to cool the room like AC.... what i normally do is fill half the tank of water and pour cold 4 litres of water from fridge n some ice..... i...

a good product with an engneering flaw ... On non level surface its pad does not get properly wet.

I brought this cooler recently for 14,200/- . This product is not at all worthy. It named as winter-i but it is totally opposite .Cooling Effect is not that great , specially during the day time . i suggest don't to by this product. will get better coolers compared to this in other brands at lesser than 7000/-.
