T-Bact Ointment (15g) is a topical antibiotic containing Mupirocin (2% w/w). It is used to treat various bacterial skin infections such as impetigo, recurring boils, and infected hair follicles. It works by inhibiting the production of essential proteins required for bacterial survival, effectively stopping the growth of infection-causing bacteria. It is also useful for preventing infection in small cuts, wounds, and abrasions. Note: The previous description for 'Debridace' was incorrect as this product is T-Bact.
