Good entry level phone. UI is pretty simple with no noticeable lag. Battery llfe seems to be reasonable with a day backup with moderate use.
What it lacks is the notification led.Sound is reasonably loud and camera quality is good in good to moderate lighting conditions.
Overall a good ENTRY LEVEL phone and for 2999 (Including 10% credit/debit card offer) its a steal.

Extremely affordable and a 'value for money' product. Worth every penny spend. Cant expect anything better at this price point

2. Simple UI (bought it for my mom so the UI matters for me)
3. Camera is pretty good..dont know why people are posting negative comments here..remember its 8 mp and not 13 mp.
4. Decent battery backup..easily lasts for a day with moderate usage.
5. Display is also pretty fair enough at this price point.

Must Buy Phone !!
after 3 days of usage, this mobile is very good android phone
3g works very well, i am using skype, and viber video calls, it works well without logs,
both camera's are good. back camera is 5mp but it chaches picture as its 3mp but still its ok.
3g videos play well, even i watched cricket online few overs.

well u can't expect too much of a low budget phone in that context this phone offers a decent performance at this price range.Here r few & cons which might be helpful in deciding whether to buy this phone or not
pros:
1)the response of the touchscreen is good & it offers the screen resolution as specified
2)4gb of internal memory & not too much space is occupied for preloaded apps so u have enough internal memory
3)sound quality is decent

After reading positive reviews in flipkart ordered one. My requirement was basic android in low budget. Its touch and response is very good it has no lags. Battery backup is also ample satisfactory. this is the best phone in this price range. Belief me you have invest atleast 5k in Samsung to get this kind of phone. I will recommend this phone to all my acquainted.

Best Specs phone at this price
This phone feels really light. Such a thin body that you could be in love with it after holding it. Nice voice quality.
It up a bit while on Wi-Fi, but much less than the other phones I had in past. Good battery life as expected by the mAH rating.

dear review writers please write a genuine review ..i bought this mobile after reading reviews only
CONS:
1.Battery draining faster(when i kept full charge in night it is showing 70% of charge now with out any usage ,without wifi.
2.display icons are pixalated.(you can not find clear icons)
3.Touch is slow
4.unnecessary vibrations you cant keep it in normal mode when messages arrives it always vibrates.
5.call quality is louder that your frient can hear your conversation with out speaker
