Larry King succinctly enumerates the principles of being successful in communication.The book covers nearly all situations.It is a quick,easy read, and has applicable suggestions. Only drawback,if any,is that the book is written in the mid 90's and therefore does not cover the changes since then,especially in the social media. However that does not take away fro m its plus points.

The book is good with nice tips but the seller send me an old worn out piece everytime i replaced it. Check the quality fo the product befire selling it. This is not the first time i am recieveing and damaged and old book from flipkart.
